My insurance company recommended that I go there after I hit a piece of recap on the highway what should have been a simple 3 Day Fix they have my truck for over a month they never tighten my tie rod up about 30 miles after I pick the truck up the tie rod come loose when I called say something about it and have them tow it and fix it they were rude didn't offer me anything else to drive while they fix their mistake they're lucky I wasn't killed or somebody else didn't get hurt in the process I highly recommend not going to Kelly Chrysler

I have in the past had PA inspections done here. They don't seem to want to communicate about other vehicle work that I needed done. The desk clerk really doesn't say anything at all when dropping vehicles off for service. I have to admit it is nice of them to move the table and chairs outside so you can wait for your vehicle outside on a nice day.
Beware stay away they almost killed me from their mechanics
